We Are Not a Government Website
Trip Plan Clear is an independent guide. We are not part of any government, and we never apply for anything on your behalf.
What we do
- Explain, in plain English, what each country’s official rules say: who needs a visa or a travel authorization, the official fee, how long the official decision takes, and passport requirements.
- Check your trip against those rules in your browser, without storing anything you type.
- Link to the official application site for every authorization, and to the official page each rule comes from, with the date we last checked it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t submit applications, “process” forms, or “speed up” decisions. Nobody can buy a faster official decision.
- We don’t charge any fee, and we never ask for your passport number, payment card, or personal details.
- We don’t use government names, logos, seals or colors, and we don’t name ourselves to look like an official service.
- We don’t give individual visa or legal advice. If your case is unusual (a past refusal, a criminal record, dual nationality, a long stay, work or study), ask the official authority or an immigration lawyer.
Why this matters. Many sites look official but are private companies. They resubmit your application to the real government site and charge you extra, sometimes several times the official fee. If an official page says something different
The official page is right. Rules and fees can change with little notice. Every page shows when we last checked it, and we check our official sources every day. If you spot a difference, tell us at [email protected] and we’ll correct it and log it on the changes page.
How we make money
We plan to show ads and, where it’s naturally useful (for example, an eSIM or travel insurance for a trip), affiliate links that are clearly labeled. These never change what a rule says or what we tell you to do. See our sponsorship and affiliate policy.
